Return & Refund Policy

BARRELRESUCE.COM strives to provide our Users with the best possible experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us by emailing office@barrelrescue.com. Please include in the subject “Return/Refund”, this will help us serve you much quicker.

Customers may return the products within 10 days of product(s) delivery. Customers must contact customer service at office@barrelrescue.com with the subject “Return/Refund” for an authorization number. Returned products must be received in a resalable condition (unless the products were initially defective) with proof of purchase from barrel rescue. Re-stocking fee of 25% will be applied for all approved returns. Re-stocking fee will be waived if replacement order is placed. Based on order the re-stocking fee can be subject to adjustment. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned orders and bear the risk of loss during shipment.
