By accessing the Site, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You further agree to bind any company, firm, individual, or other entity on whose behalf you are making the purchase.

This limitation includes, without limitation, damages arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, relating to:

  • Products or services sold through this Site;
  • The failure to provide products or services ordered from Barrel Rescue LLC;

  • Any information, products, or services obtained through this Site.

Barrel Rescue LLC reserves the right to terminate your account and your access to the Site and its services at any time, with or without notice.

Termination may include disabling your access, deleting your password, removing related information and files, and deleting content associated with your account (or any portion thereof). Such actions are intended to prevent further use of the Site and its services.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using BARRELRESCUE.COM.

Return & Refund Policy

Barrel Rescue LLC strives to provide every customer with the best possible experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at office@barrelrescue.com.

Please include "Return/Refund" in the subject line to help us process your request more quickly.

Customers may return eligible products within 10 days of delivery. Before returning any product, customers must contact Customer Service at office@barrelrescue.com with the subject line "Return/Refund" to obtain a return authorization number.

Returned products must be received in resalable condition (unless the product was defective upon receipt) and must include proof of purchase from Barrel Rescue LLC.

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. The restocking fee will be waived if a replacement order is placed. Depending on the circumstances of the order, the restocking fee may be adjusted at the sole discretion of Barrel Rescue LLC.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Charges associated with refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages are also non-refundable.
